Set in a peaceful Village, our Villa is a relaxing retreat after your adventures in Pokhara & the Annapurna Ranges.

The Villa is new, with fresh furnishings & modern comforts. While a few corner shops are nearby, the city, grocery stores, & dining options are just a 15-min drive away, along a winding & occasionally off-road road.

We can organise Villa transfers for a fee.

Our newly built (2025) home is in the heart of the Pokhara (only 15 mins drive from the city) with views of the Annapurna Ranges, Pokhara City & the beautiful sunrise in the winter from all the bedroom decks.

⚈ Access to the Property
* The villa is only 3 km from Pokhara City and includes some off-road sections. This might not be ideal for guests who require frequent city access. We recommend using a scooter, taxi, or private car.

⚈ Bedrooms/Bathrooms
Our villa is designed to be minimal and cozy, with compact bedrooms & bathrooms.

⚈ Hot Water
The villa has a 30L electric geyser per bathroom. During colder months, we recommend spacing showers at least 10 minutes.

⚈ Living with Nature
The villa is surrounded by nature, so depending on the weather, you may occasionally encounter ladybugs or native house lizards inside.

⚈ Swimming Pool
* The pool is not heated
* It's an ungated pool with no lifeguard, please read the pool rules.
* It's maintained throughout the year.

⚈ Parking
Onsite parking is available at the front of the property.

⚈ Security
Security cameras are installed at the exterior entrance and other outdoor areas of the property.

If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.

⚈ Methlang Villa is atop Methlang Hill, just a 15-minute drive from Pokhara. Due to the terrain, access by car or motorcycle is recommended.

⚈ The villa is a standalone building with its gate and compound.

⚈ Guests will have their keys, allowing for 24-hour access to the property.
