Our villas are private, self-contained homes designed for peaceful stays with family and friends. They are not hotel-style serviced properties, so we kindly ask guests to enjoy the space with care and respect.

Our deposit and cancellation policy has been set at a fair and reasonable level. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, the policy must be applied consistently to all bookings.

Every reservation requires preparation, planning, and the blocking of calendar availability. Late cancellations often prevent us from rebooking the accommodation, resulting in lost income.

Any refund eligibility is assessed by the accommodation provider in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above. Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original booking platform.
