Please remember this is a home, not a hotel, and we kindly ask that you treat it with care and respect. We’ve thoughtfully created a comfortable space for you, and we truly appreciate your help in keeping it that way.

📍 Location: Methlang Hill, 3 km / 15 min from Pokhara (windy & some off-road section)

🍽 Restaurant: None on site, Delivery available via Pokhara Food Delivery 11 am - 7 pm (min charges apply)
👩🍳 Kitchen: Fully equipped; bring groceries & clean before checkout
🔇 Noise: No outdoor speakers – keep it peaceful
🏊 Pool: No Gates, No Lifeguard; Swimsuits only; Kids must be supervised; Deep end 4 ft 10 inches
🚫 Guests: No unregistered guests allowed

✔️ Cancel ≥ 14 days before arrival – 🟢 Full refund
✖️ Cancel later – 🔴 No refund
🔒 Security Deposit
✔️ $100 pre-authorization held 1 day before arrival
✔️ Released 1 day after departure

Violation of house rules may result in fines, charges for damages, and immediate eviction without a refund.
Before you check out, please:
✅ Wash and put away dishes.
✅ Return any moved furniture to its original place.
✅ Turn off appliances, A/C, and lights. Close all doors and windows.
✅ Double-check your belongings—we are not responsible for lost items.
If you forget something, we’ll try to assist, but retrieval isn’t guaranteed. If found, we can arrange return within Nepal (postage & service fees apply).
