What time is check-in and check-out?


Check-in is from 2:00 PM.
Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on availability. Please ask us before your stay.

Where are the villas located?


Our villas are in Methlang Hill, around 3 km / 15 minutes from central Pokhara. The location is peaceful, scenic and away from Lakeside crowds, with mountain, lake, forest and city views.

Is the road easy to access?


The road is scenic and winding, with some unpaved sections near the property. Private transport or a taxi is recommended. We can help arrange transfers if needed.

Do you have public bus access?


No. Methlang is a small hillside village and does not have regular public bus access. Taxis or private cars are the easiest way to reach the villas.

Can you arrange airport or city transfers?


Yes. We can help arrange local transfers, airport pick-up, drop-off or taxis from town. One-way fares from Pokhara usually start from around Rs 1,000, depending on location and timing.

Can I book directly?


Yes. You can book directly through our website or contact us with your dates. Direct bookings are subject to availability, payment confirmation and our booking terms.

What is your deposit and cancellation policy?


A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival.

  • Cancel 14 days or more before arrival: deposit refunded in full.
  • Cancel within 14 days of arrival: payments are non-refundable.

We recommend travel insurance for unexpected changes to your trip.

Do you allow long stays?


Yes. Long-stay requests are welcome, especially for medical students, visiting professionals, remote workers and families. Please contact us with your dates and we’ll let you know what is possible.

Are only registered guests allowed?


Yes. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Visitors must be approved in advance. This helps keep the property safe, peaceful and well managed.

Are the villas private?


Yes. Guests have access to the entire booked villa, including the private pool, kitchen, living space, bedrooms and outdoor areas. The villas are self-contained private homes.

Do the hosts live on site?


For some properties, the hosts live nearby or in the same compound. You will still have your own private space, keys and guest access. We are available if you need help, but we also respect your privacy.

Is driver accommodation available?


No. We are unable to provide driver accommodation.

Is there a restaurant on site?


No. There is no restaurant or chef service on site.

Our properties are self-contained stays with kitchen facilities.

Is the kitchen equipped?


Yes. The villas and apartments include a well-equipped kitchen or kitchenette with basic cooking equipment. Depending on the property, this may include a fridge, microwave, toaster, blender, rice cooker, water filter, gas stove, kettle and basic kitchenware.

Should we bring groceries?


Yes. Please bring groceries if you plan to cook. There are corner shops nearby for basic items, but larger grocery stores are in town.

Is food delivery available?


Yes. Food delivery is available in Pokhara, though delivery times and minimum charges may vary by location. We can guide you on local options after booking.

Do the villas have private pools?


Yes. The Pipal Tree Mountain Villa and Methlang Villa have private infinity pools. The pools are not heated.

Are the pools safe for children?


The pools are ungated and there is no lifeguard. Children must be supervised at all times. Swimwear is required when using the pool.

What are the pool hours?


Pool hours are usually 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Please keep noise low, especially in the evening.

Can we play music or bring speakers?


No. Our properties are peaceful retreats. Speakers, loud music and parties are not allowed.

Can we host a party or event?


No. Parties and events are not allowed. Our properties are designed for peaceful family stays, couples, remote workers, trekkers and small groups who want to relax.

Is smoking allowed?


Smoking is not allowed indoors. You may smoke outside only. A cleaning fee applies if there is evidence of indoor smoking.

Are pets allowed?


No. Pets are not allowed. This helps us maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, including those with allergies.

Are there security cameras?


Yes. We use outdoor security cameras for guest safety and property protection. There are no cameras inside the property.

Is the Wi-Fi suitable for remote work?


Yes. Our properties have high-speed internet suitable for video calls, streaming and remote work. Internet speed may vary slightly depending on the property and local service conditions.

Is there backup power?


Yes. Backup power is available at most properties. Please note that air-conditioning may not run during power outages.

Are the properties suitable for medical students or visiting professionals?


Yes. Many guests have stayed with us for medical electives, work placements, remote work and longer visits to Pokhara. Please contact us if you are planning a longer stay.

Will we see insects or lizards?


Our properties are close to nature, so you may occasionally see geckos, ants, mosquitoes or small insects, especially in warmer or wetter months. We do regular pest control and deep cleaning, but complete elimination is not possible in a natural hillside setting.

Do you provide mosquito repellent?


We usually provide mosquito coils or repellent at the villas. Guests are also welcome to bring their preferred insect repellent.

Are there power, water or service interruptions?


Occasional service issues can happen in Nepal, including power, water, internet or delivery delays. We respond quickly when notified and appreciate a little flexibility during your stay.

What should we bring?


We provide essentials such as linens, towels, toilet paper, kitchenware and basic amenities. Please bring groceries, personal toiletries, toothbrush, toothpaste, preferred coffee or tea, and any personal items you need.

Do we need to clean before checkout?


We do the deep cleaning after every stay. Before checkout, we kindly ask guests to:

✦ Wash dishes and kitchen items used
✦ Leave the property generally tidy
✦ Turn off lights, A/C, gas and appliances
✦ Close doors and windows
✦ Leave keys and remotes where instructed
✦ Let us know if anything is damaged or broken

What if something breaks during our stay?


Accidents happen. Please let us know as soon as possible. Minor issues are usually not a problem, but guests may be responsible for significant damage, misuse or missing items.

Can you help arrange activities in Pokhara?


Yes. We’re happy to help guide you with local activities such as trekking, paragliding, ultra-light flights, hot air ballooning, boating, sightseeing and local transport.
