Here is the answer to few frequently asked questions

What is the minimum/maximum length of stay ?

Minimum stay is 2 days in a row for most of our accommodations. There is no maximum length of stay, we are happy to welcome you as long as you wish!
What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 14:00 to 21:00. Unfortunately cannot accommodate arrival after 21:00 hours. Check-out time is by 11:00 on the day.
Which of the amenities are communal?

The shared spaces includes the swimming pool only. Every other space is quite separate between the apartment and the villa.
Can I book an airport shuttle to pick me up and drive me directly to my accommodation?

For a smooth arrival, we can organize an airport shuttle (especially useful at night!). Let us know your exact arrival details for smooth transfer. The fares are - day fare 20 USD night fare 25 USD (from 7pm - 7 am) Tipping the driver for offering to carry your bags are on the vicinity of Rs 100-Rs 200.
Do you provide bedsheets, duvet and towel ?

The apartment and the villa are equipped with two sets of towels/bed sheet/duvet and pillow covers.
What is "Load shedding" ? How do we deal with it ?

In Nepal, the power is cut off only intermittently, in order to balance offer and demand for electricity. Both the apartment and villa are equipped with battery operated inverters. Even during load shedding, most of the lights and at least one plug in each room will work for laptop, table lamp and mobile charge. During load shedding, it is impossible to use heavy appliances such as: toaster, electric heater, iron, hair dryer, fridge, vacuum etc.
Can you tell us about the cleaning arrangements?

Generally, for the Short/ medium term : Your accommodation will be cleaned for free twice/ week. Long term : Your accommodation will be cleaned for free once/ week. Additional session can be requested. Note that our cleaning service do NOT include clothes laundry/ironing or cooking.
Can I leave some luggage during the time I am trekking/travelling?

You are most welcome to leave your luggage behind with us, we will keep them safe in our storeroom while you are away. Nevertheless, we decline all responsibilities over valuable items, unless clearly discussed and agreed beforehand.
